The tenant, HighPoint Planning Partners, is a wealth management firm. The office, 126 S. County Farm Road is located in the East-West Corridor, just south of the DuPage County Courthouse. Adam Johnson, Senior Vice President at NAI Hiffman, represented the landlord, DuPage County Bar Association, in the lease transaction.
