The recapitalization resulted in a new first mortgage loan from a nationally recognized bank.
St. Charles Executive Center is comprised of two nearly identical office buildings, each having approximately 37,000 square feet. Cawley Chicago Office Leasing team executed the plan in bringing the buildings above 85% leased. The buildings are currently leased to a mix of local and regional tenants. Cawley Chicago will retain the leasing and management of St. Charles Executive Center.
Recently completed in 2000 and 2001, 2570 and 2580 Foxfield Road are considered two of the top office buildings in the St. Charles subset of the greater East/West office submarket of metropolitan Chicago. St. Charles Executive Center is located just west of Kirk Road and approximately one-quarter mile north of North Avenue.
